II. Competition Tracks
This competition features two main tracks: Track 1 includes three events, and Track 2 includes four events, covering key emergency rescue scenarios.
Track 1: High-Rise Building Fire Rescue

III. Participation Format
This is a team competition with two participation formats. Teams may choose the format that best suits their needs.
(I) Creative Evaluation
Teams submit proposals for expert review to win the Creative Excellence Award in each track.
Submit MaterialsPPT + Text Proposal (Supports Animated Presentation)
Award Ceremony Time:The Creative Excellence Award will be presented during the Grand Finals.
(II) Test Match
Compete in real-world robot challenges simulating authentic rescue scenarios.
Direct Entry Path:Direct entry: Teams with mature products or convertible prototypes can register directly for the test event.
General Platform Path:Teams with no mature products but strong solutions can apply for the general platform provided by event partner vendors. After integrating with the platform and completing secondary development, they may participate in the test competition.
Note:1. A team can register for multiple tracks.
2. Participating teams may choose to enter only the Creative Competition or both the Creative Competition and the Field Event.

The test competition will be held in Guangzhou and Wuxi across 5 batches:

Note:Joint test event: No rankings; designed for track familiarization to help teams get accustomed to the venue and problem requirements.
V. Registration Process
Registration consists of two phases: preliminary and formal. Teams should submit the required materials according to their circumstances by the specified deadlines.
(I) Pre-registration (Month 4, Day 22 – Month 7, Day 30)
Participating teams must complete the following at this stage:
- Submit team basic information (team name, contact person, contact details, etc.)
- Select the track events you want to join (multiple selections allowed)
- If products are available, submit product information (description, specifications, images).
(2) Official Registration (4 22 – 7 30)
Participating teams shall submit their complete proposals based on product status according to the following three milestones:

Teams participating only in the Creative Category:

Teams participating in the venue-based competition without a product and requiring vendor support:
- Competition Proposal PPT (Create based on selected track)
- Official Registration Form (Vendor Support Application): Includes the competition category, desired general platform, team members' resumes and roles, design approach, secondary development platform proposal, alignment with the competition track, innovation highlights, design specifications, and key technical risk analysis with contingency plans.
Teams in the venue competition must have a mature product or, if they do not, must coordinate directly with platform vendors.

Note:Registration approval results will be announced via the official mini-program and the event website.
VI. Plan Review
The organizing committee will review the feasibility of each team's proposal on 8/7. The review will cover:
- Overall Innovation and Feasibility of the Proposal
- Alignment of the proposal with the selected track and subject
- If a proposal for general platform support is submitted: Evaluate the feasibility of integrating the proposal with vendor platforms.
Four post-audit action paths:
Approved but not participating in the venue event
→ Enter Creative Award Judging (Winning teams will be honored at the Finals)
Approved and has product/sample
→ Register for the test event
Approved, but no products to apply for on the General Platform
→ Finalize the solution design based on the applied general platform, pass the solution review, and secure a top ranking in the pitch competition (from 7 31 to 8 6). The vendor will perform secondary development of the general platform according to the approved solution. Upon completion, participate in the test event and the final round.
Rejected
→ The organizing committee has provided feedback on the review. Participating teams may revise and resubmit within the specified timeframe.
VII. Vendor Support
The following vendors and devices are currently supported (for select subjects):
1. Ming Xing Water & Drainage Engineering Co., Ltd. — Support Subject 5
Device provided:Pipeline Inspection and Repair Equipment (A professional waterworks and drainage engineering company providing municipal infrastructure maintenance services such as pipeline inspection, repair, and clearing, with extensive experience and technical expertise in emergency underground pipe network repairs.)
2. Zhiyuan Kutuo Subsidiary — Supports Subject 2 and Subject 4
Device provided:Zhiyuan Kuto D1 MaxPro (Quadruped Sports Robot, Payload up to 50kg, 2160Wh Battery, Runtime approx. 2 hours under 20kg load, IP67 Protection Rating, Operating Temp -20℃ to 55℃)
3. Hikvision Wuxi Technology Co., Ltd. — Supports Subject 1 and Subject 6
Device provided:
- Compact Firefighting Indoor Assault Tracked Robot RXR-C8D (operates for ≥10 minutes at 350°C, weighs 6.9 kg, dimensions 340mm × 255mm × 170mm, IP54 protection rating, battery life of at least 1.5 hours)
- Underwater Robot
Note:Vendor support slots are limited. Applications require committee review; final approval is subject to official decision.
VIII. Creative Award Evaluation Criteria
(I) Evaluation Period (Month 8)
Evaluation format: Submit a PPT and written proposal for expert review.
(II) Finals Awards Ceremony (10 Month)
- Creative Excellence Award will be presented at the Grand Finals.
- Awards ceremony held simultaneously with the finals of the venue competition.
9. Fee Explanation

Student Travel Allowance Standards
